Terms of Service

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• Use Rally only for lawful, legitimate coaching and team purposes.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Users under 13 may not create a full account without verified parent or guardian consent; such accounts remain restricted until consent is verified, and access is paused if consent is revoked. For under-13 players, Rally Room messaging stays off until a parent/guardian allows it.

Parents/guardians can create a guardian account to approve or revoke consent and manage which features their child may use through the Parent Portal. A parent/guardian may contact Rally at any time to review, correct, delete, or revoke consent for their child.

Coaches are responsible for the team data they add and manage, including rosters, schedules, and any information about players, and remain responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions from parents/guardians and their organization when inviting minors.

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse in Rally Room or anywhere in the app.
• No posting content that is illegal, hateful, or violates others' rights.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Rally.

Rally's availability, injury, and nutrition features are for training and organization only. Rally does not provide medical, health, or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional for those decisions.

Athletic training and competition carry inherent risks of injury. Rally is a planning and organization tool and is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or outcomes arising from practices, games, or training. Always train within safe limits and follow proper supervision.

• Rally Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile & Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk. On deletion, your profile and related data are removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
