When you use Rally, we may collect:

• Account info (your name and role — coach or player)
• Username
• Email address
• Profile photo / avatar
• Team and roster info (teams, jersey numbers, positions)
• Practice and game calendar info
• Rally Room messages and posts
• Player availability status and notes
• Nutrition logs, if you use that feature
• Payment and customer data, handled through Stripe (we never store full card numbers)

• Account access — signing you in and keeping your profile in sync
• Team management — rosters, memberships, and coach tools
• Practice planning — generating and sharing practices and calendars
• Communication — Rally Room messages, posts, and team updates
• Subscription billing — managing Rally Pro through Stripe
• Safety and security — protecting accounts and preventing abuse

We use trusted service providers to run Rally:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — application hosting

We do not sell your personal data.

• Edit your profile at any time from Profile & Settings
• Delete your account, which removes your profile and related data
• Contact support with any questions at support@rallyteam.app

Rally is intended for coaches, teams, and players. Users under 13 may not create a full account without verified parent or guardian consent — these accounts stay restricted until a parent/guardian approves access. Coaches using Rally with minors remain responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions from parents/guardians and their organization when inviting minors.

Parents/guardians can create their own Rally guardian account and use the Parent Portal to review a child's access, approve or revoke consent, and control which features the child may use. A parent or guardian may also contact Rally at any time to review, correct, or delete a child's information, or to revoke consent — after which the child's access is restricted. For under-13 players, Rally Room messaging is turned off until a parent/guardian explicitly allows it.
