How billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Rally Pro.
Billing
Rally Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe, depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from Plans & Billing.
- After cancellation, your Rally Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again once you cancel.
Refunds
- Refunds are not automatic unless required by law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we'll review it.
